General Information

The  State Festival  is held the last weekend in April of each year.  The 2027  Festival will be in Grand Forks , April 23 & 24, 2027 at St Michael's  Catholic School Gym.  The Festival will be hosted by Valley Stars Square Dance Club.  Bryan Bush, Cleghorn IA  will be the featured caller with Bernadette McNeil the Cuer and line dance prompter.  

Membership is open to any Square or Round Dance Club in the state. Dues are 

payable annually by February 1 to the ND Square & Round Dance Clubs, Inc.

The combined Board meeting and annual membership meeting is held in conjunction with the State Festival.

The state board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and President-elect.  A club representative elected by each club is also a board member.  Other appointed members are the License Coordinator, USDA Representative, Insurance Coordinator  and the Webmaster.
